Yes. I can provide a rough estimate for a project from a photograph sent via email, social media or text.
I will respond with an estimate based on the image. This will include labour costs and parts, but not top cover fabric. Please bear in mind that damage to frames and springs may not be evident until the chair is stripped of its covers. Before additional work is carried out, I will call you to confirm any additional costs.
Delivery
Delivery is typically 14 days to Mainland UK.

Returns
As our products are bespoke and made to order, we can only accept returns in the unlikely event that the item is faulty. You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
